Thanks Geoff Walker, nice to get some good feed back! We enjoyed the day also! It was so busy we ran out of time to go up and in the lighthouse ourselves - But so neat to get so many positive reactions from everyone - We will try and organize another day with better weather! Shame about the weather, but somehow it brought atmosphere to the day, remembering what it must have been like for the lighthouse keepers all those years ago with NO Steps to climb, just a very steep hill, It was very close to the anniversary of the first day the light was turned on, on the 27th October 1897 Also many thanks to the local helpers on the day.
