Plus that, he had a face that looked honest, smart and patient. When I met Alex for the first time, I was impressed by his professional demeanor and his preparation in helping me decide for what to sell my house. He was easy going and friendly but he also made me feel secure that choosing him was the right choice. He gave me some pointers on how to improve the looks of my house and we sold my house in less than two weeks and worked out a very good negotiation with the buyer. His wife is the other half of his team and although I never met her in person, I spoke to her on the phone a few times and she, too, seemed knowledgeable and competent. If I decide to buy another home in Richmond, I will definitely be calling on Alex. After having worked with many realtors in three states, I believe Alex is an excellent choice for anyone who needs a real estate professional.
