Thanks Suffolk Police for a clear explanation... Mr. Rolfe, Thank you for your email, whilst you may consider that the parking of this unidentified car was surreptitious Suffolk Police neither have the time or surplus vehicles to park them in such a manner as to obscure our camera enforcement vehicles. Not with standing this, your understand of camera enforcement is incorrect as the government rescinded the need for any warning signs preceding camera enforcement or the need for such vehicles to be marked. Suffolk in contrast to some police areas kept both the warning signs and increased the conspicuity of our vehicles when they were transferred from Suffolk County Council control to the police. As previously stated we cannot account for vehicles parking inconsiderately or illegally before or during enforcement an we will not enter into further correspondence on this subject. Thank you,
