You have 24 hours!!!! ALS is a motor neuron disease that impacts the brains ability to signal movement in your muscles, its usually diagnosed at random and hard to identify!! With not much progress being made on researching this fatal disease, the ALS ICE BUCKET CHALLENGE helps to spread awareness!!!
