Thanks again to all those who have supported me in the Avon Walk in past years. I will once again be walking 39.3 miles around Washington DC on May 3/4. This year, I am walking not only in memory of my friend Sara Kroll, but also in support of her mother Karen, who is currently being treated for stage 2 breast cancer. Karen has a good prognosis because of early detection - a focal point of Avons fundraising. However she still is undergoing chemotherapy, surgery, and radiation treatment. We got a very late start deciding to walk this year, and as of right now Team Sara consists only of me, Matt Kroll, and Margo Mann Harris. I have about 6 weeks to raise the remaining $1500 and get some training in. So, I really need your support.
