Thanks, everyone for all your concerns for Rennie. I was quite in a quiver today reading things about cat symptoms on Facebook. Was convinced it was kidney failure from the symptoms. That is what we lost our last two to. So, we take him into Dr. Vine at 6 p.m. She looks at his labs from his last visit (just six months ago). Sez very unlikely kidney failure but I do notice he is a little, er, gaseous, when I pick him up.. We say yeah--tru dat. She sez Lets do his lab work and if all is good just start him on a little steroid. I think he just has IBS. Sez we: Yeah, that is exactly what Quincey, his brother-uncle-cousin has! (Abys are very inbred :) So, some prayers that his blood work is A-Okay and he just needs a little pill once a week like Quince. xo.
