Thanks everyone for the vote of confidence. For my new friends, I am your basic limited government guy. I seek to limit government everywhere I can. I was not on the Republican Primary ballot, because I am not a Republican. I am a Libertarian. I want to go to Washington and change the argument. I want to make the argument for limited government. Lord knows, the guy we have there now is not doing it. As an example, look at the Farm Bill that passed in February. The Democrats offered $998 billion over 10 years. The Republicans countered with $855 billion over 10 years. They compromised and came up with $950 billion over 10 years. I want to know where the argument was to shutdown and dismantle the Dept of Agriculture? This argument is not being made. They are simply arguing $855 billion verse $998 billion. Where is the argument to shut down the Dept of Ag? Also, the same thing applies to the Common Core Curriculum standard and No Child Left Behind. Instead of arguing to defund Common Core, we should be arguing to shutdown and dismantle the Dept of Education. This is what limited Government looks like. My political opponent will tell you that he is for limited government too, but his version involves arguing $855 billion, verse $998 billion. I am the truly limited government choice. Do not write me off, simply because I dont have an R behind my name. Investigate me. Research me. Ask me the hard questions. If you keep voting for same ole same ole,....youre going to get same ole same ole. Its not rocket science.
