Thanks everyone for wishing me luck. It all went well according to the quacks. Went first thing this morning for post up check and they were happy with that too. The first 3 hours were uncomfortable, felt like I had sand in my eyes while I was chopping up onions. I have to do 2 lots of drops 3 times a day for a week and wear eye shields for the next couple of nights when I go to bed. Vision today is good, but will take a couple of days to settle in. Yipee for me no more contacts or glasses....!
