Thanks for NOTHING Statelinetack!!!!! I cant tell you how annoyed I am at this point. Im a senior citizen who rescues abused dogs and wolfdogs. I ordered two heated buckets from you after being assured your products are top of the line and reasonably priced. When they arrived the two heated rubber buckets reeked of rubber, so badly I opted to air them out for a couple weeks in the hopes the stench would dissipate. Not only didnt that happen, but this morning I went to fill them and put them out in the yard for the rescues and the damn things are not sealed properly so that the water was seeping into the lower portion containing the heating element. The buckets are useless to me after having gone to the trouble of ordering so Id have them when the freezing temps arrived, Im now forced to go out several times a day with buckets of hot water and a sledge hammer to break open the regular buckets. The stench of them was already a problem, having one fail when filled was bad enough but to have BOTH buckets have the same shoddy workmanship is inexcusable!! How about bucket MADE IN AMERICA!!?? I cant even run out and buy two somewhere else because your crappy bullshit buckets cost me $77.89 and Im on a fixed income. Wont get my paltry SS check for another week. I need to know what you plan to do to make this right?? Im out my money, I have two piece of shit buckets and you dont even have fekking customer service on a Saturday?? Seriously??
