Thanks for adding me on.. I , too just got an electric pressure cooker for christmas,, so far I have cooked 2 meals of meats,, chicken,, one was bbq wings ,, the meat just fell off the bone.. it was finger licking good, as we say in the south,,lol,, and the other I browned the chicken just a bit , then pressure cooked it,, it was good and tender, and juicy.. But I really hope to get more ideas from you ladies on here. thanks..
