Thanks for adding me to the group. In researching my ancestry I came across two of my mothers uncles that were British Home Children, sent to Canada by Quarriers Homes. I came across them in Perry Snows database and as they were unclaimed I claimed them for the family. Robert Thomson Creighton arrived in Canada 8/4/12 and went to Brockville, his brother James White Creighton arrived 14/4/14 and went to Lyleton? as a farm labourer. Both enlisted with the CIF and both died in France. James changed his name to James Creighton Whyte and altered his dob (he would only have been 15). For Robert I managed to find his military death record, but I cannot recall where I got it from. I would like to obtain the same record for James but cannot locate the source. Anyone have any ideas on the source? Attached record
