Thanks for all the help and messages of concern. I was driving him to the vet so couldnt take any calls. Unfortunately little Oscar (as we named him) had been crushed by something on his lower abdomen and had multiple injuries including broken limbs, probably a broken pelvis and internal ruptures/hernia of his intestines. Given the extent of his injuries it was a reluctant decision to put him to sleep :( He was a lively little thing, a real fighter but I think at only 5/6 weeks old, his injuries would have got the better of him. He was just adorable. God bless his little soul! :(
