Thanks for all the loving emails and check-ins. So heres the deal. Its lumbar stenosis. Its painful, and its a permanent *condition* but this is a flare up and Im mending. Im taking spine health supplements, a few meds and slowly able to stretch and work with it. Im also working with this energetically, emotionally and karmically. Yes, I have a great chiropractor, acupuncturist, massage therapist & doctor and Im surrounded by healing women and supportive family so for now Im still unable to sit (or drive) or walk (stand) or lay in one position (sleep) for any period of time without extreme pain but I guess what Im saying is: it may be a *permanent condition* but its not going to dictate my life. Im healing.
