Thanks for everyones patience as we (by we I mean my amazing sister/office manager Karis) sift through all of the emails from the Black Friday Sale. Please keep in mind a few things: 1. This was done over holiday weekend, Karis is not a machine and work means time away from her family. During Thanksgiving, this simply doesnt fly for any employee of RVP, so I didnt let her work all weekend. 2. Today was her babys first birthday. So she worked a little, but not a ton. 3. I asked people who had URGENT emails to email with URGENT in the subject line. It seems my definition of urgent is somewhat different than others, so let me define it for you how I see it. If you accidentally bought two eWorkshops and need a refund on one of them and your bank account is negative and your kids cant eat. Thats urgent. If you bought it and you have a newborn shoot Monday morning and you are completely clueless and its the only newborn session you are ever going to shoot and you bought the eWorkshop specifically for that.---Thats urgent too. If you, say, missed the sale. Not urgent. If you bought both the Whole Shebang and the prep packets and need a $30 refund because you didnt realize they were included...not urgent. If you submitted your request to join the private group and havent been approved....not urgent. If you cant figure out how to get video to work. Not urgent. If you used all your downloads up or your downloads are slow. Not urgent. Thanks for your patience as we go through each email. We have many fake accounts try to get in during sales, so the meticulousness makes this process go slower!!
