Thanks for the add. I am a parent to 4 beautiful special children. My oldest who is 7.5 has been diagnosed with aspergers aka autism. Well he was mis-diagnosed and now diagnosed with tourettes. Its been a long emotional roller coaster for the bunch of us. Our biggest issues at the moment are sensory processing issues (clothes the worst:getting dressed on a daily basis is a task most days) material sensitivity, seems, tag etc.vocal tics, extreme energy, horrible sleep schedule (barely sleeps but is full of energy) climbs incredibly well and high. Laughs whenever he is getting in trouble which is an issue especially at school when teachers dont understand and hes sitting in time out for one of his symptoms. I feel as if a lot we hit road blocks no matter how hard we try as parents. Hes super intelligent but with also being diagnosed with anxiety , ocd and tourettes he struggles at time with school. Especially with people who dont understand him.we face new obstacles daily. Although I would also like to classify my son as normal as people tell me whatever normal is today....I hate when people find out and say oh but he looks and acts so normal. Ugh its just one if those things toundont say. Of course he does, thanks for that however our everyday life struggles/schedules/size of my 7.5 year olds wardrobe is not normal. Thank for letting me vent.
