Thanks for the prayers. She has calmed down. However sleep eludes us because this round of chemo was methotrexate. With methotrexate an antidote called leucovorin is given with lots of fluids very quickly through her port. So she has to urinate a lot. We cant go home until the methotrexate is only .1 in her little body. It is high right now. Praying she rids herself of it quickly. She hates the hospital. She wants to be home. It may still be two or three days here. Then, next Thursday she starts right back over. It would be great to be home at least two nights. Ok..gonna try to shut my eyes! Good night! Lol think I am working on some sort of medical degree. JK
