Thanks for this page. I am excited about the upcoming elections. I have chosen to run for district 3 Commissioner seat after insuring myself that I am doing it for the correct reasons and I am ready for the commitment. Currituck can benefit from new ideas and energy which is another reason for my decision. I have always enjoyed the rich history of Currituck. I remember the bass tournaments that used to held here and spending many days on the sound fishing and crabbing. My father in is younger days was a fisherman and enjoyed his duck hunting. Fishing, crabbing and hunting will always be apart of Currituck and we need to always remember that. Growth is good and will happen. We just need to make sure a good business plan is in place. I am a person that does not spend money unwisely especially with my business. I will accept responsibility for my decisions and do the best I can.
