Thanks, guys, for the advices. Blend doesnt work because I need the surface to follow the rails so I can join it with the rest of the model. I uplouded the file so you can see what I mean. The model has thicknes and the surface I am trying to build is on the inner side. (I had to compress the file in *.rar because facebook allows only 25 MB for upload) The crossections I used for the sweep 2 rails are the extracted edges of the two surfaces, but the problem seems to be exactly in the crossections.
