Thanks once again to all our FB friends who turned out last Saturday to support us at a new venue for the band, the Crows Nest in Nuneaton, a relatively local gig for some of us. We really appreciate the efforts you all make to see the band. It almost became a full vintage reunion night for Don (guitar) when two old band mates, Dave Bown (guitar) and Paul White (drums) from “Gregorian Chant”, one of Dons very first bands, plus their partners and friends, turned up to the party. Great to see them all. Unfortunately Terry Bown (bass) couldn’t make it. Bass players are deeply sensitive, flighty and unpredictable individuals who are compelled to obey the demands of their muse – that’s right isn’t it Trev? We’d also like to send a big ’thank you’ to Dean and Paul, our hosts, who made us feel very welcome and ensured that we played to a packed house.
