Thanks so much Crystal Strasma-Rabe..This brought tears to my eyes..remembering my mother and her Alzheimers, how precious she was...how much I loved her with every pore in my body, no matter what she did or said. My dad, too...and when he told the same stories over and over.. how I wish now that I had listened better and even recorded them!! We never think or realize that we will someday be this way ourselves, just like we have all walked the same growing up path and gone through the very same rites of passage that our children have done or are experiencing now. The Cycle of Life is eternal. Patience is part of Love. Always.
