Thanks to Allan Brown for sending in these photos, Ill let Allan explain the story behind them. My dad and grandfather both worked for Appleyards Tractors of Wetherby. One is a picture of the works pickup taken outside my grandads on Ainsty Road, the other a picture taken outside of my dads old house on Ainsty View, of one of the tractors with my brother David Brown sat on the wheel both approx 1978..note the houses/flats on ainsty road are still Airey houses and have not yet been clad in brick. Appleyards can be seen on the aerial photo located bottom left of Wetherby High School main field
