Thanks to Cathay Pacific for the wonderful help throughout the trip. Felt bad for the lady who had to push me in the wheelchair from the Airport Express train to the VIP Lounge. She should have taken the elevator down to the lower floor - instead, she decided to push me all the way up the ramp to the immigration line. Knowing my voluminous bulk, it must have been hell for her - the poor lady was panting all the way... I kept apologising but she kept assuring me that shes merely doing her job and making sure that I get home safely. God bless her for her kindness and concern. Ah yes! I was also given a free voucher from Cathay, redeemable for any of my future flights = free upgrade to Business Class. This was to make up for the unfortunate downgrade to Economy last Friday. They did manage to get me a special emergency seat with no one beside me. All in all, Im happy with all the good service that Ive been getting. :)
