Thanks to Deb Spilman I get to bore you with 12 facts you might not know about me. (Not necessarily in chronological order.) 1. My parents owned Lyncourt Lanes and I was always a terrible bowler. 2. I had a purple bowling ball with my name on it. 3. I love to read and my favorite authors are Pat Conroy, Margaret Atwood, Richard Russo and Amy Tan. 3. I am halfway through the Master Gardener class at Cooperative Extension. 4. I LOVE football: SU, Colts and now Denver since Peyton Manning moved. 5. I first taught myself about football when Jeremy was in Pop Warner by reading ESPN and Sports Illustrated for kids. 6. I worked at Rudys for two years with Deb Spilmans aunt Susie Deban and we worked the busiest corner. 7. Im not an optimist or pessimist. I like the Stockdale Principle which says I am aware of the downside of situations but am reasonably certain that most things turn out alright. 8. I love to walk in the woods and watch for signs of wildlife. I take pictures of footprints and poop to find out what animals have been around. 9. I love animals and currently have one dog, and 3 cats. 10. I was in the first graduating class at Bishop Grimes in East Syracuse. 11. I was a History major in college and when I couldnt get a job teaching social studies I went back to school for Industrial Arts. 12. I have the most perfect family for me I could have hoped for. PS.
