Thanks to Dr.Cathy Misterka Florence and Hannah Burris Giere for the medical care they provided Topper today. He was sent to us for emergency care from Indianapolis Animal Care & Control. He was touch and go when he arrived with severe wounds but they pulled him through. By the end of the evening he was eating on his own. Our best guess is that he was attacked by a dog. This Siamese boy will need a leg and tail amputation once he is strong enough. He will be available for adoption once he is fully recovered. Thanks to Sue Hildebrandt for bringing him to us.
