Thanks to Family and friends for your get well wishes, they have been great. The surgery last Wednesday, went like clockwork! it was as if the neurosurgeon flicked a switch and the agonising pain was gone. Special thanks to my dearest Sue, she has coped with it so well, made catching trains & trams in Melbourne look easy, her love and support has been undiminished throughout the ordeal and me for the past 6 months. We got to Melbourne on Tuesday arvo, operated on at 7:30 Wednesday, up and walking around at 7am Thursday, transferred to St John of God Ballarat on Friday for rehab, where I am now for the next few days before heading home.
