Thanks to Felix Cane and Alethea Austins posts recently working on press handstands, I remembered that I have not checked my progress on them recently even though Ive been getting stronger. With a few pointers from Bobbis Gold videos, I decided to try working one hip up at a time and still have a terrible time with this move! Its pretty much still in phase 1 of progress and wish my body would comprehend where to press and where to lift, but it all just feels like mush once upside-down! Its like my vagina muscles just arent working when Im telling them to lift my ass up! Any tips for ladies with big booties and very limited straddle flexibility are greatly appreciated!
