Thanks to Megan Hill & Nick Rerras for allowing me post this. A story of why I started this channel. I graduated with an architecture degree late 2012 and took a long gap year till early 2014. During that time i grew in love with fitness and the lifestyle. I could literally sit for hours upon hours researching and developing skills etc without getting bored. I eventual decided in 2014 that I would leave the design field and pursue a career in coaching. This channel was setup to essentially document my journey in the hopes of inspiring others who werent contempt with there life and wanting some sort of motivation to make the jump and take a risk, along with trying to break the fitness stigma we have here in the uK. The powerlifting side of me was born out of the fact that Im an athlete, i have a winning mentality and love competing. As a child I had various opportunities to develop my football/soccer career but my father deemed it as a wasted future. Now I see powerlifting as a gift, a new opportunity. Im not the strongest person out there, my lift are fairly mediocre, but its the drive and passion i have for both powerlifting and coaching which Im hoping will aid me in my journey. The channel includes various other stuff to cater to different audiences, but its mainly setup to document my journey as an aspiring strength & conditioning coach and a natural raw powerlifter. Thanks for your time, I appreciate it. I cant wait to get in some awesome discussions within this group.
