Thanks to PWV Rangers Mallory and Diane for their photos of Crosier Mountain (Glen Haven) and a cautionary tip about hunters this past weekend. Trail in great condition, and really nice at this time of year. Some of the Aspens have already turned, most are just starting to turn. Muzzle hunter we ran into was out there with a friend, who we did not see. We didnt hear it, but he reported that his friend had just taken a shot. Later in the day we ran into a bow hunter who was alone. Be sure you have something orange to wear! - Mallory and Diane Please use caution when out on your patrol the final two weeks of our regular PWV patrol season. Wearing something bright like a orange vest or hat would be a good idea! Thanks for the reminder and tip for those who will be out patrolling. - MS
