Thanks to Vedran Dedić for this kind note -i woke up to Vince Gill singing on tv this morning and it makes me miss old school country so much. Ive never been straight modern country and always been accused of writing in several genres---but My hope is that I can pave the way for the modern day storytellers who use songs to tell their stories and wear their hearts on their sleeves to get a little radio air time too. Thanks so much Vedran for these kind words- Hey there, I just wanted to say a few things about last nights concert. 1. Awesome 2. You have a GREAT voice 3. Your original material is really, really, good 4. You have the talent to go far and become big 5. Most importantly, you speak from the heart. Your storytelling and singing is very honest and genuine. It reminded me a lot of Bruce Springsteen in that way. I really hope you go far and become a superstar. We need more people like you to be the troubadours of society.
