Thanks to William Theuer for this: On August 8, BP Prudhoe Bay Royalty Trust (NYSE:BPT) released its 10-Q, which outlined its financial statements, notes, and quarterly performance of the trust. As almost all long and short shareholders (aka unit holders) know, ...many including this writer feel that the referendum will result in a repeal. There have been estimates that the resulting revenue shortfall in the state due to SB21 if it would have been fully in place in 2012 or 2013 to be over $1 billion per year.
