Thanks to all my wonderful friends who read Margarets post about my medical incident this week and sent get well messages. For those of you who dont know what happened: I had an episode Wednesday evening...passed out and hit the kitchen floor like a chopped down tree. Had injuries enough to my face that Marge called an ambulance. Those injuries required 11 stitches to two gashes around the left eye orbit. As to what happened...To make a very long story short, they did a myriad of tests and in the end had to do a heart cath and put in a stent in the major artery to my heart. It was 90% shut down! If this hadnt happened the big one would have taken me out shortly. I had absolutely no symptoms and had been to my great cardiologist two weeks earlier and got a clean bill of health. The only reason I have a cardiologist is to contain some high blood pressure. God works in mysterious ways to give us messages...I would have preferred a telegram.
