Thanks to all of you for your Birthday wishes. So far it has been a Great day. I went for a 7.5 mile run which was the farthest I have gone in 2 years because of knee & foot issues. It gets better my last two 5 mile training runs have been the fastest in 2 years, I still need to improve but am soo happy that my running is starting to improve. What a great present, oh I also found 2 presents along the road today on my run, a youth life vest and a fold up nylon trash container. Life is goog!
