Thanks to all of you that suggested emailing Allison Hickey, while I didnt want to overload her workload, it has been 3 months since the B va judge has made the decision on my appeal and I have yet to hear anything. I am absolutely astounded with the fact that Alison Hickey took the time to respond in less than 24 hours to little ol me. Those that a oppose her or are naysayers against her need to reevaluate their opinion on someone who I believe is a true patriot and well go down as somebody that has served veterans to a greater extent than anybody Ive ever seen. The one word of advice I can give to others, is to give them as much information as you can and arm yourself with the regulations that back up your case. If you do the right amount of research, while it may take some time (it took me a while looking through my documentation as I save each and whey file after scanning it) and make sure you save all of your documentation, and then present it in a respectful way, you will succeed.
