Thanks to all of you who added Maya and her family to your prayer list. They put a special kind of conduit in which should last 5 to 10 years. At that point they may be able to do the balloon procedure instead of surgery, time will tell. They have not closed her chest, there was some swelling in her heart which is not uncommon for an infant. She is stable, they are giving her medication to keep her still and she is not in pain. She is having a few lung issues which may be attributed to asthma or something close. She will be in ICU for several days. She has some obstacles to overcome but they are taking one hurdle at a time. Please continue to keep them all in your prayers I know this has to be incredibly hard on Kaitlin and Nathan. We are trusting the good Lord! God is big enough!
