"Hello Steve, We want to thank you and your entire Paradigm team for the excellent job in supporting the purchase and installation of our new home heating system two weeks ago. Starting with your office personnel, we were very pleased with their courtesy, prompt communication, and follow-up to all of our calls, questions & emails, even the most trivial ones. Next, your technicians did a great job with the entire installation that required in our case, a complete change over from a very old, oil-based heating system, to a new, propane-gas heating system. Part of this transition required the installation of outside propane tanks. When the propane vendor/technician tested the propane installation, he asked who did the furnace installation and conversion. We told him ‘Paradigm’, and he commented that he had not seen a better job, and was very impressed with the quality of work on the furnace, as well as the integrity and routing of the gas lines, etc. Paradigm seems to have developed a sound formula of prioritizing and supporting their customer base, which is exactly how a consumer/customer-oriented business should be run.
