Thanks to global warming, the Atlantic hurricane will soon be a thing of the past. Normally, there would be several hurricanes formed by now, but due to global warming, scientists now fear there may never be another hurricane again. This could be devastating to coastal areas of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas — all states who depend heavily on the federal aid that hurricane relief brings on a regular basis. The elimination of hurricanes might also mean an explosion in the redneck populations of these states. Hurricanes are thought to be a major factor in controlling those populations. Without regular hurricanes to keep the redneck population in check, the government is looking into measures such as gun control, which may help protect other species, such as gators, ducks, redfish and liberals. usnews.nbcnews/_news/2013/09/02/20297305-atlantic-hurricane-season-reaches-halfway-point-without-a-hurricane?lite
