Thanks to my feedback (one person, thanks HS) on my recent posts Ive decided to start a self help column on my fb page. I profess to know nothing and Im not professionaly trained in helping people but I have common sense, Ill be honest and Im cheaper then going to a shrink. Ive been thru hell and back so maybe I can help you make it through another day. Any questions or concerns are welcome. If I dont know the answer, Ill say I dont know. Dont be shy, were all a mess at times and were all in this together. I love to write and if I can be of help great, if not, your not out any money and I promise no candy ass answers. Tell me your thoughts. Maybe we can start a network of people helping each other, what a concept, eh? (For my Canadian and hockey friends).
