Thanks to my friends & family for letting me post on their page!! They are pretty dang awesome!! Some have tried the system, while some are just being kind enough to let me post on their page Heres my story: I was a college athlete (threw the shot put & discus for Friends University Track & Field) 4XAll American, 6XRegional Champ ... always on the go, always working out/practicing ... weight hovered around 170 pounds. I wasnt fitness model shape by any means (lol), but I was fit/athletic. Fast forward 6 years ... Im married, a mom of 2, and working part-time ... My weight is up to 253 pounds.
