Our good vacation start with very welcoming check-in. First person which met us on the reception was guest relation Irina. We are old people,and we were traveling already all over the world,but never we saw so friendly,helpful and nice russian girl Irina,which welcoming us with smile(by the way during all holidays we saw her just friendly with everybody,not only with us,but even with people which really not deserve her smile,because they are jist trouble makers),she met our needs and explane to the reception staff that we need quite place in the villa area. Room was really very good,little bit far,but believe me this is just plus,cause after lunch or dinner at list you can walk,what is healthful. What we can say about food,sure its not always variety,BUT you always can found something to eat,not to much fruits,but if you ask chef of the kitchen he will bring for you some from the kitchen,you cant see problem in the place where everybody would like to help you. Hotel by himself is very green and clean. Beach is always clean,sandy,but one minus you need to go far to find the deep. But we are sure that we will be back and out children will try this hotel too. For everyone who will visit Hilton Long Beach know that if you face some problem in the room,restaurant or somewhere else,you can come to the guest relation Irina and she will help you with big pleasure,even if something not in her hands she will explane with respect to you why its like this or like this.
