Thanks to the 110% support of my wife, Carol, I was able to mark one off the bucket list: Last Saturday I was fortunate enough to be in the famous Barstow to Las Vegas off road ride. At 6 A.M. Saturday morning I left Barstow on my dirt bike. Almost ten hours later and 237 miles across the desert I arrived in Las Vegas at the finish. There, waiting for me, was my number one fan and cheerleader not to mention travel coordinator and chase truck driver! Thank you wife extraordinary for making this dream come true- I could not have done it without all the help during countless hours of preparation and execution. PS: Completing this challenge is my way of saying, F. YOU 60! Which, with a bit more luck, I will turn in a few days... While planning the next ride...
