Thanks to the number of people who have shown their support throughout this campaign and I am looking forward to seeing a high turnout of voters on Monday to help decide Miltons and Haltons future. For those residents who only see me at community events here is a list of some of my current responsibilities on local and regional council and I ask you to decide on who is the most capable of representing you for the next 4 years. Provincial committees: Member of the Single Tier & Regional Caucus Association of Municipalities Board representing Halton (meets every 2nd month) Member of the Golden Horseshoe Food and Farming Alliance (meets 10 times a year) Member of the Greater Toronto Area Agricultural Action Committee (meets 10 times a year) Regional Committees Vice-Chair of the Planning & Public Works Committee (meets monthly) Chair of the Joint Waste Management Committee (meets quarterly) Member of the Budget Review Committee (meets 4 times a year) Member of the Regional Forestry Committee (meets quarterly) Member of the Halton Agricultural Advisory Committee (meets 10 times a year) Member of the Nassagaweya Community Consultation Committee (police advisory committee) Meets 10 times a year. Member of the Regional waste management site committee (meets quarterly) Town Committees Chair of the Administration & Planning Committee (meets monthly) Chair of the Budget committee (meets 3-4 times a year) Member of the Interview Committee (as needed for senior staff and citizen appointments) Chair of the Street Naming Committee (meet as needed) Council representative on the Milton Seniors Activity Centre Board.
