Thanks too all of your prayers and support, I got to come home last night about 13 hrs after surgery. Naturally Im sore and moving pretty slow but for now anyway I am doing better an Id expected this early in. I am so glad to have the surgery behind me and hope my good luck holds up for the report on lymph nodes. Ive been able to go to and use the bathroom by myself and with the patch they placed behind my ear, the nausea finally seems to be under control. Right now the surgeon believes me to be cancer free! Unless the lab work comes back with surprises, I should be a be able to avoid both chemo and radiation. I slept surprisingly well in one of my new recliners. So now I can just sit back and recover.
