Thanksgiving Community Potluck For nearly 20 years, Yuba Feather Communities Services has hosted a community potluck on Thanksgiving Day. The tradition continues on Thursday, Nov. 28 at the Ponderosa Community Center in Brownsville. As always, YFCS furnishes the turkey, the mashed potatoes and gravy and the stuffing, along with plates and utensils. All you need to do is bring a hearty appetite and a side dish or dessert to share. There is absolutely no cost for the event, which begins at 2 p.m. Please help spread the word. Friends and neighbors are welcome to join in the celebration of the day.
