Thanksgiving Prep! Lets keep the dialogue open. Every year, we go to my sister-in-laws for Thanksgiving and I bring many dishes (because of our food preferences and sensitivities). I have always brought some sort of healthier dessert option so I could partake. What normally happens is that people/children assume that it is a normal sweet dessert and take some and then realize it is healthier and waste it. And I end up eating 2/3 of it that night! Feeling overly stuffed and gross. This year, I think I have decided that I am going to make a single serving dessert for myself and just bring that to enjoy. Without more servings or other options, I will have no choice, but to be satisfied and content with that serving. That is my plan as of right now! What are some plans you are making? Thoughts?
