You never know who is going to drop in, this is the perfect red to have around because anyone would enjoy, just have enough around, it goes fast. If you were to pick one wine to pair with your holiday feast make it a Pinot Noir. This variety is extremely food friendly, matching well with just about anything that could show up on the table. Pinot is typically low in tannins with moderate acidity, this attributes its versatility. A juicy wine that cleanses the palate is perfect. Its flavor will not overpower any food and make every bite taste like to first over and over. We offer two Pinot Noirs to compare and contrast. The Priamarius from Oregon and Anthony & Dominic from Napa Valley. The Primarius is light and fragrant, made in the Burgundian style. This outstanding selection is only $16.19, under $20 for Quality Oregon Pinot is rare indeed. Anthony & Dominic Pinot was first introduced back in August as comparable to the Meiomi. This wine became an instant favorite and is selling much better than the Meiomi. It is a bit darker, with a bit more bass and depth. If it sounds heavy for a Pinot, it is and is delicious. Save the Date, next Tuesday november 18th Chehalem Winery is in the house, from the Willamette Valley, Oregon (rhymes with dammit!).
