Thanksgiving is just around the corner, and Christmas will quickly follow. The usual seasonal sales will have people scurrying about, trying to find that perfect gift to give. One man came in the name of love now so long ago it seems. One man came, perfect, though through His life he faced all the same weaknesses and temptations we did. He came to overcome them, as much as He came to know them and understand them for Himself. Yes, He came and He suffered, even as we do now, to put an end to it once and for all. This one man, the Son of Man, came to show us and share with us the greatest gifts we could ever know, with the greatest gift being love. For God so loved the world that He gave us His only Son, that whoever should believe in Him should not perish, but find everlasting life. All He asks us to do to accept this great gift is believe, and to love one another. Let us all be thankful, for there is much to be thankful for. But let us not forget the perfect gift is not found under wrapping paper and ribbons and bows, but in the sacrifice one man made for us all, to show us the greatest gift is love. https://youtube/watch?v=1Z-ZfAlrgJs
