Thanksgiving theme dinner for Ari and Francescas Sheva Brachot...chef: Eran Marron, Toronto...Turkey, stuffing balls, beans on a bed of yam puree encircling cranberry condiment. Appetizer was sweet-tangy multi colored beet plate with pear, soup was Jerusalem artichoke with layers of flavor emerging – (whats that? Ah-ah-artichoky...hmm, now I taste that its smoky too ! ), dessert was crisp dessert cannoli with assorted tasty tidbits on plate including tiny pareve ice cream balls rolled in toasted coconut, tiny chocolaty cubes, a sprinkling nuts. DELICIOUS!
