Thanx for accepting me in ur group... I was so relieved last night when I found ur web page and then ur fb page! My son who is nearly 9yrs has suffered with severe constipation for 5 years, after seeing yet another different consultant, this one has suggested trying dairy & soya free to see if it makes a difference. I have been struggling for over a week to keep him df & sf, its been a hard struggle, but Ive managed, even tho he has accidentally been given dairy by others with the comment I forgot, but a little bit wont hurt! Its been a real shock for him as he loves dairy... Ive tried most of the replacement milks, none of which he likes, and hes been eating jelly for dessert. Since looking on ur page last night I have been to H&B and got cheese, and tesco for the frozen vanilla creamy dessert (happy little man tonight :) ) and also some oat milk as its the only one Ive not tried I think! I also managed to find a chocolate sponge mix, which he is so excited about making and trying 2moro! (choc withdrawal symptoms I think!) Is there df & sf chocolate available? All Ive looked at say may contain milk & soya... Sorry for the essay! Thanx for the tips so far :) :) x
