That Boko Haram could even have emerged from the north is a shame that will remain a big burden on us.How come people known for their temperate and accommodating mien would witness the emergence of poor keenness of mind,propelled by a large dullness of the heart as being displayed by Boko Haram?What a great tragedy of fate!!Their philosophy is not only inane but very silly and outrightly pointless.As a Muslim,I am highly embarrassed.As a Northerner,I feel so ruffled and irritated.If the said Boko Haram is about establishing an Islamic hegemony,then they remain the most unislamic of all.Islam fought against ignorance.That remains till date,a good credential of the religion and any so called muslim that will promote ignorance must himself be an undiluted ignoramus.It is gratifying to the soul that Muslims all over the world have come out to condemn their philosophy as not only idiotic but an attempt to discredit both the messenger and message of Islam.In this they have failed.It is also a thing of joy that many non Muslims have come to understand that Islam is not the hogwash that Shekau and his cohorts are trying to typify.Islam is too sophisticated for that rubbish.The Prophet of Islam was reported to have said that he found Madina quite easier to propagate Islam,because of the sizeable numbers of Christians and Jews,whom could easily understands him,unlike Maccah,that was full of idolaters.It was the Christian leader of Abyssinia,that first gave refuge unto Muslims when they migrated to his empire upon persecution from the non believers in Maccah.The import of these is that,Islam right from the onset,did not come to persecute but only to preach.Even Allah said that much in the Holy Quran,when declared that there should be no compulsion in religion.Truth stand distinct from falsehood .Also Islam continues to appeal to the rationality of man and challenge his intellect in an attempt to interrogate his senses in the voyage to discover the grandeur of creation and the truth as encapsulated by the Almighty Himself.Anybody that gives Islam a condensed and provincial identity like that of Shekau and his cohorts has no doubt Insulted the Almighty.And If you insult the One and Only God,you definitely have a date with hellfire.For all practical purpose,those guys will rot in hell.When you consider the killings,the hottest part of hell will definitely be their abode. Why would anyone kill in the name of religion,especially if he is not under attack?He cannot kill for God,because God himself still have the capacity to kill,just like He has always had.Whether Mr.A accept your religion or not.Both of you and all others are still going to die.So why kill him??..If you dont have any reason,then the killer is not only a common criminal but also a psychopath.Can a psychopath be a leader?No.He cant,because he is sick,suffering from mental disorder. Shekau and his co travellers falls into this category.On the other hand if the Boko Haram is a political movement for negotiation of power,then the promoters are not only intellectual destitutes,but they also suffer from political fatigue.How can you negotiate power by killing others?I am yet to see an action most irrational,utterly illogical,very savage,unrelentingly severe,uncivilised and primitive like this...Those who kill to seek power are not fit to rule...On this note,I continue to applaud all those non Muslims,who have refused to see me within the prism of the Boko Haram elements.Which means,they are aware,that,that couldnt have been the position of Islam.I am grateful that,they still respect my religion....For it would have been totally heartbreaking if people decide to view Islam otherwise...!
