That Guy (thoughts and confessions) That skinny guy of mere 45 kilograms weight knew his lack of perseverance and dedication had gotten himself landed into a place completely unknown to him. The place looked more like a village than a place to study. There were six colonies in that village. One of them was a haunted colony with no trace of life and another one exclusively reserved for female residents. Remaining four colonies were open for male residents according to their experience and the date of joining the village. The newcomers were placed in the most ancient colony, Nirala colony, people used to call it. He decided to call this place The Village due to two reasons. First one was the deep rooted problem of untouchability and another one was the president of Nirala colony. He was an orthodox. He used to wear the same safari suit everyday. He was an extremist. But that guy used to admire him for his honesty and dedication. As that guy was a new resident of this village he was supposed to live in the Nirala colony. He was also supposed to be a victim of untouchability. Residents of other colonies used to mock them, used to make fool out of them, used to make them feel like dirt. That guy didnt like it. Also there was a great distance between the male and female villagers of The Village. They seemed to belong to different species. There was a huge communication gap. In contrast to his previous place where male and female residents used to sit together, play together and talk together, this place was kind of primitive. That guy didnt like it. There was a place in The Village which was supposed to be a place for gaining knowledge. It was known as The Library. That guy had a taste for literature but there was nothing like he had expected. That guy didnt like it. That guy had to do something to survive in The Village. He chose to do what he had always done in his life. He chose to adapt. While doing so he acquired certain personality traits new to him. He changed himself. Now that guy is no more an untouchable but deep within himself he is still the same. With his unshaven face, uncombed hair and uncool look, that guy is seen attending lectures even boring ones and taking tea outside the village gate with some of his friends.
